Dear First  Baptist Church,

I wish to thank all of you who sent cards , flowers and called me while I was recovering from the hip replacement.  It took longer than I expected.  I also wish to thank Mike Ryan for taking such good care of the IDA class in my absence.  I know he has such a giving heart for the Lord, and we are fortunate to have him in our fellowship.

Dear Church Family,

Thank you to all who remembered Richard and me with prayer, visits, cards, and meals before, during, and after my surgery.  The surgery went very well, and I am recovering nicely.  I am blessed to have a church family who knows and cares for its individual members in such personal ways.  By the way; the bouquets of flowers from the altar arrangements were just beautiful. They looked perfect on my dining room table.

First Baptist Church,

I am writing to thank you for the hard work and time you all put in to make VBS a success.  Our daughter, Casey, was a guest of a good friend, Hannah Wimmer, as well as her great grandmother, Mary Dickman, who also is a long time member at the church.  Every night she would come home and give us a lesson on what she had learned that night.  She loved the crafts that she made.  Thank you for sharing the wonderful Word of God.                         --Tim and Jennifer Aughenbaugh
